Job Description:
The Program Manager for the Domestic Depot leads the comprehensive repair and spares program for photonic systems and components. This role ensures operational excellence across repair, refurbishment, testing, and sustainment activities while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer requirements and operational readiness targets.
Essential Functions:
Lead and coordinate cross functional program teams to deliver on schedule, within scope and on budget.
Manage full project lifecycle in line with contractual requirements and company standards.
Lead end‑to‑end RFP management, including development and coordination of all proposal documentation, oversight of submission through award, and full life‑cycle ownership to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
