Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement appropriate quality improvement practices.
- Coordinate the development of appropriate frameworks and processes for establishing quality standards and operational procedures, and for identifying hazards.
- Assist in the development of controls and provide support for audits, drills, training, and education to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
- Disseminate knowledge pertaining to quality assurance procedures and best practices, including quality audits and statistical analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in any medical-related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility.
