Job Description

The Specialist R&D Romer Labs is responsible for conducting lab experiments to achieve project goals.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Carry out laboratory experiments to achieve the objectives of the project
+ Record experimental results, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to facilitate effective data management and maintain consistent communication with superior/stakeholders
+ Perform maintenance and initiate repairs on equipment in accordance with the maintenance database, adhering to manuals and instructions to ensure optimal functionality
+ Immediately report all observed deviations from internal standard operating procedures, Romer Labs Manual and international standards
+ Support performance of internal and external audits, timely processing and closure of defined non-conformities and recommendations in own department
