Specialist, Retail Proposition

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Specialist, Retail Proposition to join RHB Trustees Berhad (RHBT). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting agents and business partners, driving sales performance, and enhancing the distribution of RHBT products and services. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, participate in fieldwork and roadshows, and contribute to the development and enhancement of retail propositions to support business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Track and monitor agents’ sales performance for KPI management and communicate performance updates to agents.
• Manage agents by providing product knowledge support, overseeing form filling and submission, trust structuring, and promotion of RHBT products and services.
