Check and confirm the production plan to align with the shipment plan and factory calendar that meet both the Production's KPI and the Company's KPI

Contact and coordinate with the warehouse RM Department to check material readiness to meet the production schedule.

Check and track material shortages and provide immediate solutions.

Ensure production in each line follows a sequence of load plans issued by planning.

Control and proceed to fully utilize manpower, tooling/machine, and time in each line/department to meet the production schedule.
