Role Overview

Specialist, Systems Administrator (IT Infrastructure) – Permanent Full Time – Hybrid – Positions in Ottawa (ON) & Montreal (QC). Security clearance: Secret. Travel required: Limited.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of enterprise infrastructure platforms, including compute/virtualization, network and voice/video, storage/backup, and databases.
• Monitor infrastructure services and respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize service impact, and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, refreshes, migrations, and data center or cloud‑adjacent transformations.
• Maintain infrastructure security and compliance by applying hardening standards, patching, vulnerability remediation, and supporting audit activities.
