Job Description

The role is responsible for the stable, effective, and optimised operation of the SAP HCM system. It ensures reliable service delivery by resolving system issues, managing enhancements and change requests, supporting users, and contributing to system projects to enable operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate advice and support to employees and line managers on payroll and people system-related matters, including policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and system configuration.
• Ensure the stable and effective operation of Payroll and People systems (including SAP and SuccessFactors) by providing first‑line system support, logging and resolving incidents, managing bug fixes, and coordinating updates and patches with IM.
