Job Description

L3Harris is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to provide full‑cycle recruitment efforts for our Wescam division based in Waterdown, Ontario. The role requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders and a world‑class service approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Onsite role based out of the facility in Waterdown.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more.
