Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Schedule and coordinate interviews in collaboration with Hiring Managers. * Arrange interview rooms and parking facilities. * Inform candidates of interview schedules, required documents, and job descriptions. * Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-arrange and time-to-offer. * Handle new employee hiring administration and maintain new hire/employee records in the internal system (SAP). * Act as a liaison and work closely with internal departments and external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies, banks, EPF) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
