Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistant (EHCP Support)

St Clare's School in the East Midlands is seeking a Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistant to provide academic and pastoral support to students aged 11 to 16 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting children with complex needs, including autism and emotional challenges.

You will engage with students to help them reach their full potential while fostering a safe and inclusive environment built on the values of courage, pride, and resilience. This role also involves working within the broader school community, contributing to an enriching educational experience.
