Specialist, Technical Training - 000GUG Description The Technical Training Specialist will develop, provide, and continuously improve training for our Operations and Maintenance Plant/Pipeline/Storage customers, as well as other groups. This Specialist position will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E). Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Provide instruction for new and existing Operations/Maintenance personnel in plant/field processes, equipment, and systems that help improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Enterprise's operations. + Be a positive change agent that is passionately committed to safe and efficient operations and our company policies. + Provide training in classroom setting as well as in field via tours, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. + Develop teaching props and testing material to ensure effectiveness of training provided. + Research independently, collaborate with others, and/or...
