月度数据维护

  • 整理进销存数据；
  • 录入和更新产品分销信息；
  • 维护客户门店清单，包括新设分仓；
  • 更新前置仓清单及区域配送中心匹配关系。

    • 系统与流程支持

  • 支持客户配额、订单等系统操作；
  • 协助费用协议管理和预算核销工作；
  • 维护仓库与门店对应关系，计算并分配区域销售目标达成数据；
  • 按月收集经销商终端销售数据，并完成上传与维护。

    • 日常运营事务

  • 支持工厂生产计划所需的数据准备；
  • 协助销量和金额预估工作；
  • 处理样品发运申请；办理终端物料申请；
  • 整理归档客户合同、协议及相关文件。
  • 本科及以上学历；
  • 1–3年快消行业相关工作经验，有销售运营、客户支持或数据分析背景优先；
  • 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的数据处理能力；
  • 工作认真细致，责任心强，能同时处理多项任务；
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识。
