We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Specialist, Trustee Operations to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of trustee operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. 
Review and execute trustee-related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations 
Process and update VA appraisals and related documents in the system 
Collaborate with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations 
Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax 
Maintain and update team manuals and provide assistance to team members regarding operational issues 
Perform quality control checks on trustee operations processes 
Manage document recording and maintain accurate records
