Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Operations, this role requires a capable technician with extensive experience across networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization. Your work will ensure high-level stability and optimization of technical environments, specifically through monitoring and troubleshooting core systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain tiered network routing and firewalls
• Ensure optimization across public cloud ecosystems
• Manage Microsoft Intune for software packaging compliance
• Stability maintenance of advanced virtual infrastructure solutions
• Provide Tier 3 support for systemic infrastructure failures
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in network administration and cloud engineering
• Advanced expertise in enterprise firewall setup
