We are seeking a passionate Specialty Barista to craft quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced café environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare specialty coffee and handcrafted beverages to meet quality standards
- Perform daily espresso calibration and adjust grinders to ensure optimal extraction
- Maintain consistency in coffee extraction and beverage quality through precise techniques
- Create clean and consistent latte art to enhance customer experience
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well‑stocked
- Support café service efficiently during peak periods
- Recommend beverages and engage customers warmly to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and café supplies to ensure availability
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold high service standards
