Job Description
The Design Institute Mapping Manager is responsible for driving product specifications into design institutes, architectural firms, and engineering consultants in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring the company’s building materials are specified in early project stages (tender drawings, technical schedules), thereby creating a sales pipeline for the project sales team.
This role bridges technical product knowledge with pre‑sales specification activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Institute & Consultant Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key design institutes, architects, C&S consultants, M&E engineers, and project specifiers in KL and surrounding regions.
- Conduct technical presentations and lunch‑and‑learn sessions to promote product specifications.
- Position the company’s building materials as preferred or mandatory specifications in design drawings.
