Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive product specification across consultants, developers, interior designers, and architects, getting our products written into project documents early and decisively.
- Build and protect a project pipeline, tracking opportunities from concept and design stage through to award.
- Develop deep trusted relationships across the A & D and developer community, becoming their go-to specification partner.
- Work hand in hand with the sales team to convert specified projects into orders and protect the spec against substitution.
- Map key projects across the UAE, identify decision‑makers, and position our portfolio at the point of influence.
- Deliver clear project reporting: specification tracking and live market intelligence on upcoming developments.
