JOB PURPOSE

Alexander Steele Recruitment is working with a leading UK food manufacturer supplying major retailers, who are seeking a Specifications Technologist to join their Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their food industry career who is passionate about food, quality, and technical processes. The role offers strong exposure to product development, retailer specifications, and wider food manufacturing operations. You will support the creation and maintenance of accurate, compliant food product specifications while working closely with internal teams and gaining valuable customer-facing experience.
