Job Description

COMPENSATION: Per Teacher Salary Schedule based on education and experience. District grants experience credit on the salary schedule for up to 10 years of prior, verifiable, contractual full-time teaching experience.

UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by the Oswego Education Association (OEA). 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Speech Language Pathologists are expected to provide therapy for students who exhibit special education needs in the areas of language, speech, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing in order to help students meet their educational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid Illinois Professional Education License (PEL) with an endorsement in Speech Language Pathology.
ASHA CCC's highly recommended
A valid license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations (IDFPR) in the area of Speech Language Pathology
