NICOTINE-FREE facility - all drug reports must have a negative result for nicotine/cotinine. If tested positive, will submit for review if traveler has been prescribed a nicotine patch. For all reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine, the contract will be cancelled.

Other Required certs for all SLP? Do they prefer or require CCC-SLP &/or CCC-A credential? CCC-SLP

Common diagnosis / Types of patients Outpatient patient care, SLP caseload is a mix of cognition, speech, and swallow. Adult patients only, no pediatrics.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Outpatient
