Speech Pathologist Needed at Lakeridge Health

Join Lakeridge Health as a Speech Pathologist on a temporary full-time basis. In this role, you will tackle communication disorders and swallowing issues while working collaboratively.

The position is temporary for 12 months, operating on an 8-hour shift schedule, including weekends. You will diagnose and manage language and cognitive disorders, along with educating patients and their families about treatment outcomes. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat speech and swallowing disorders
• Work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Conduct research and prevention activities
• Manage case documentation and administrative duties
• Moderate travel between sites required

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid CASLPO registration
• Minimum 1 year adult neurogenic experience preferred
