Speech Pathologist
Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned:
Actively participate in the success of Epic Charter School.
Adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards of Epic Charter School as well as federal and state education regulations.
Participate fully in professional development for facilitators, including Professional Learning Communities and technological training.
Attend school activities.
Facilitate relationships with partner agencies.
Assist in the assignment of related service providers to meet students' needs.
Develop departmental best practices and training pieces to support those practices for the organization as a whole.
