Reports to: Manager

Summary: The Sports Events Assistant Manager plays a critical role to assist the Sports Events Manager in the day-to-day operations, customer service and facility oversite. The Sports Events Assistant Manager will lead team members throughout the preparation, execution and close out of various venue sporting events. Responsibilities include team leadership, outstanding customer service, timely service, quick response to guest’s needs, sports events setup, overall park cleaning and sanitation, product quality assurance, and safety duties.
