Sr Account Executive, Ads Enterprise Strategic (Sales Plan)

About the Role
As a Strategic Agency Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for expanding Uber Advertising's position as an indispensable partner to priority agency holding companies. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and relationship management, building deep, multi-level connections across agency investment, strategy, programmatic, and leadership teams.

This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a hustle-oriented mindset to drive in-quarter revenue while building long-term, scalable joint business plans.
What You'll Do

+ Agency Partnership & Account Leadership: Build, maintain, and scale relationships across major agency stakeholders. Own the development of joint business plans (JBPs) in partnership with Global and regional leadership, acting as the bridge between global strategy and local execution.
