Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a finance team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting timely close activities, and helping ensure strong control over day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings solid general ledger expertise, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to work across departments to support reporting, compliance, and ongoing financial improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Record and post general ledger activity by preparing accurate journal entries and verifying supporting details.
• Review cash, credit card, and ledger accounts to confirm balances are complete, accurate, and properly approved.
• Maintain fixed asset records, update depreciation schedules, and ensure asset-related entries are recorded correctly.
