Sr. Accountant

Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely financial insight for the business. This role is ideal for an accountant who can manage general ledger activity, contribute to close processes, and translate financial data into meaningful analysis. The position also works closely with cross-functional partners to strengthen reporting quality, maintain compliance, and improve overall accounting efficiency. This is a part-time role - around 25 hours/week.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of general ledger records.

• Support monthly and annual close activities by completing assigned accounting tasks on schedule and helping produce reliable financial statements.

• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
