About the Role
:As a member of the Digital Workplace Services Governance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery, compliance, optimization of digital workplace services. You will collaborate across departments, manage software and service entitlements, and help maintain strong vendor relationships to support our organization’s digital transformation.
What you’ll do:
Track, manage, and report on digital workplace service entitlements, software licenses, and usage across the organization.
Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of digital workplace software and services, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Communicate important updates, changes, and maintenance schedules related to digital workplace software and services to leadership, the team, and business stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
