Sr. Analyst, Health and Safety, Supply Chain (Fixed Term - 12 months)

The Senior Analyst, Health and Safety, Supply Chain supports the execution and continuous improvement of health, safety, and wellness programs across the eastern distribution centers. This role may be based in Kingston or Guelph. The Kingston-based position supports Kingston, Montreal, and Debert, while the Guelph-based position supports the Guelph Distribution Centre.

RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Program and System Support

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures for Kingston, Dorval and Debert.
• Manage compliance and action tracking within health and safety systems (VelocityEHS, ISN, and Vcomply), ensuring timely updates, accuracy, and closure of items.
