Job Description:  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and the Power Platform. 
Key Responsibilities  
Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape project goals, resolve obstacles, and deliver high‑quality solutions 
Build and maintain basic solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, e.g., Power Apps and Power Automate 
Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data 
Assist with process improvements and workflow automation 
Support training documentation, curriculums, and learning materials 
Help track and report on training and operational metrics
