Your Role  
Manage complex structured datasets and maintain strong data integrity, quality, and governance across PRODA, Yardi, Kyriba, Debt Management System, and Snowflake. 
Design, execute, and optimize ETL workflows, including transforming and loading internal Excel‑based data into Snowflake using SQL and automated pipelines. 
Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations, ensuring seamless data flows, reliable interfaces, and smooth data exchanges across interconnected platforms. 
Perform routine data validations, reconciliations, and monitoring activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑confidence reporting outputs. 
Leverage SQL and Snowflake to analyse large datasets, identify anomalies, generate insights, and support informed business decision‑making.
