Sr. Business Analyst

Onsite for first 6 months and then hybrid (3 days per week.)

Position Description

As a Business Solutions Architect (BSA), you serve as the link between business stakeholders and the project management office. You translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and validate that solutions meet objectives. You collaborate with Project Managers to integrate requirements into project plans, support milestone tracking, and maintain communication throughout delivery and testing. You also partner with business owners to build business cases, evaluate solution options, and bridge technical and business teams for successful implementation and support informed decision-making.
