About the Role
Uber Freight Mexico is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst – Operations I for its Shared Services team. The main objective of the role is to drive the growth of Uber Freight by focusing on supporting cross‑functional initiatives and optimizing BPO Operations (Inbound Support, Scheduling, Tracking, etc.). This requires leveraging a strong combination of analytical and operational skills to break down complex challenges and develop deep technical and functional expertise.
