Sr. Business Automation Developer

We are seeking a Senior Business Automation Developer to support NAVSEA at the Washington Navy Yard. This role will focus on business process automation, policy workflow development, and automation solutions that help improve the speed, accuracy, tracking, and execution of NAVSEA policy-related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing business processes, developing workflow solutions, supporting automation initiatives, and working directly with stakeholders to translate operational needs into efficient automated workflows. This individual must be articulate, detail-oriented, and experienced in briefing senior military leadership.
