Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make a Finished Good Novelties and Exit Items plan based on the agreed timeline, balancing the supply load through the weeks and keeping replenishment volume in balance.
- Ensure final pack and pre‑pack machine utilization is viable, requesting routings to engineering to balance.
- Achieve monthly FMC target.
- Plan labor hours based on the latest demand plan.
- Keep pre‑pack change overs below the weekly target.
- Maintain materials feasibility above 90% on W4 and W5.
- Generate finished good and pre‑pack labor weekly targets based on latest changes.
- Build air freight proposal (if needed) based on latest changes in the final pack plan.
- Update SAP capacity intervals (machine utilization factors and ramp‑up percentage).
- Identify and analyze main causes of high or out‑of‑stock SKUs, and trigger actions to fix them using PDCA methodology.
