The incumbent will market the J.B. Hunt Carrier360 platform to carriers in order to increase efficiency and freight movement visibility. The incumbent is responsible for establishing and maintaining a carrier base, ensuring freight is covered in a timely manner, and delivering best in class service execution. The incumbent has demonstrated high-performance in freight brokerage, negotiation strategy execution, and proven ability to drive optimal margins.
