The Office of Capital Planning builds and oversees Metro¿s prioritized capital program, ensuring it advances agency priorities and invests federal, jurisdictional and dedicated funding wisely, and is the lead organization responsible for business transformation, planning, sustainability, capital programming, capital budgeting and capital reporting. 

The ideal candidate will leverage capital management experience on complex construction projects , familiarity with portfolio-level reporting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both professional and technical staff.
