Compensation: $80,000-$130,000 + wider benefits (flexible dependant on experience)

About the Role
A high-exposure opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a lean, high-performing in-house legal team in Houston, TX. This role is primarily anchored in corporate governance and company secretarial work, with additional transactional support across M&A and financing activity.
The role reports to the AGC M&A, however would be working very closely with the General Counsel supporting on Governance activities.
