Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Data Management Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources Data Management team. As a key part of our broader People Technology & Operations team, this individual will work across HR to maintain and ensure the integrity of our employee data, directly impacting the data used for business decisions, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
What you'll do
This fixed term contract role for 12 months of duration is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Lead, Data Management.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams and external vendors to operationalize and execute employment data and related processes.
- Audit employee and contingent worker changes in HR systems including hiring, data changes, promotions, leaves of absence and terminations to maintain the highest level of data integrity of worker records.
