Position Overview:

As a Sr. Machine Learning Developer/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and systems to assist the Human Resources team in identifying patterns surrounding personnel engagement at our client’s facilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including the Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Data and Analytics Officer, and business stakeholders at the client’s facilities to turn business requirements and data into an identifying pattern through Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for analyzing multi-variate time series data, extracting meaningful patterns, and making accurate predictions.
