Sr EHS Engineer (Electronic Manufacturing Plant)

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, EHS to lead and continually improve our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs at our Singapore site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting employee wellbeing, and strengthening a safe and sustainable manufacturing environment.

You will be part of the DSS organization, working closely with site leadership, safety committees, employees, contractors, and regional Molex partners to drive EHS excellence across the facility.

• Lead & continually improve the EH&S management system (ISO 14001 & 45001, SR-RBA etc.).
• Ensure full regulatory EH&S compliances (Environmental monitoring and testing, housekeeping and Industrial hygiene etc.).
• Organize, lead and coordinate mandatory monthly EHS Committee meeting.
