Sr. Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across product development, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
• Execute new product introductions and production line transfers.
• Manage engineering changes and implementation into manufacturing.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate with key functions (Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain).
• Approve technical solutions, process controls, and validations.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure testing, validation, and readiness for product launches.
• Develop team capabilities and manage resources and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
