Sr. Estimator (TIC)
Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
Minimum (5 to 10) years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.Prepare estimate plan.Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate.Present cost estimate report to management.Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).Familiarization with SAEP-25.Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
