You will support the Senior Manager, Visitor Experience Services and Director of Hospitality & Environmental Services in achieving departmental and hospital strategic goals.

In this role, you will lead a team of Service Ambassadors to deliver high standards of customer service, actively engaging patients and visitors to provide an exceptional visitor experience. You will oversee daily campus operations, including ward visitor registration, wayfinding services, and VIP guest management.

You will also be responsible for team management, including training, scheduling, and service performance evaluation, to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery.
