Setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc
项目工时，人力标配，产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立，维护和改善；
Design production line layout,material flow, ready line set-up schedule and drive team to meet timely;
设计生产线布局及其物流。制定产线建线计划并统筹各部门如期完成；
Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning;
生产线产能分析，设备，夹具，及人力需求评估；
Manage machine utilization(OEE&LU), Direct labor utilization(DL-E), coordinate team to take actions and drive performance improvement;
