- Forecast, analyze and report variances along with commentary showing drivers
- Lead the discussion in creating short‑range and long‑range forecast
- Finance gatekeeper for all cost related to plant spend and base cost
- Basic understanding of standard costing (inventory cycle count analysis, PI count, material costing, variance analysis, PPV analysis, routing validations)
- Absorption method of accounting
- Maquila functional requirements knowledge (desired)
- Partner with Plant Managers, Strategic Sourcing and SIOP Leaders
- Simplify the reporting & identify improvement areas
- Establish clear processes
- Work independently with little supervision
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
