Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Sr. GAD Specialist ensures that gender considerations are fully integrated into the study and project design. Responsibilities includes:
- Gender analysis and data collection
- Stakeholder consultation and participation
- Compliance and framework application
- Planning, costing and impact assessment
- Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in social science, sociology or related field
- Must have 5 years relevant experience in Gender Assessment for infrastructure/road projects.
- Must have familiarity with HGDG (Harmonized GAD Guidelines.
