We are looking for a dynamic, organized and creative professional to join our HR Team as a Senior HR Generalist based in Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and employee development.
• Partner with business leaders and provide workforce assessment support; guide and facilitate the performance management cycle; support behavior/performance improvement plans.
• Provide local support for corporate programs, creating engagement and well‑being plans, diversity and inclusion workshops, change management actions, and main employee events throughout the year.
• Collaborate with business managers, HR Centers of Expertise, EHS and Legal areas to address all types of employee issues; represent HR in internal and external audits; provide process improvement feedback.
