The Ball Ground, Georgia site is seeking a hands-on individual to actively engage with our site employees to drive strategies, such as key employee retention and development, high performance and a safety-first mindset.
What Will You Do?
Manage recruiting efforts for the location, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding/orientation. Partner with leaders to evaluate workforce needs, create a strategy to build pipelines for key roles and collaborate with local community high schools and trade schools to meet future staffing needs.

Provide guidance and coaching to our supervisory teams on how to deliver difficult performance conversations, real time feedback, execute corrective actions and explore root cause to mitigate repeat issues.
