Sr Industrial Engineer

Primary Tasks

• Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business.
• Works with planning, manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met.
• Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes.
• Identify bottle‑neck process and work out capacity improvement projects with cross‑functional teams and/or CapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business.
• Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost.
• Conduct time study and update processes cycle time.
• Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes.
• Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
