Oversee IT programs that partner closely with the CIO and technology/business leaders to deliver key initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects follow established project management practices and are executed on schedule, within budget, and with strong change‑management discipline
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners
• Establish clear success measures and ensure value is realized at major project milestones
